Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen  XYZ. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah   kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, motivasi motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan
