Kewirausahaan Inklusif: Kajian Literatur tentang Perempuan Penyandang Disabilitas di Negara Berkembang
Abstract
Keterlibatan perempuan penyandang disabilitas dalam kegiatan wirausaha merupakan isu penting dalam pembangunan inklusif, terutama di negara berkembang. Namun, penelitian mengenai topik ini masih relatif terbatas. Kajian ini berupaya mengungkap tren penelitian, pendekatan metodologis, serta tema utama yang muncul terkait motivasi, hambatan, dukungan kelembagaan, dan peluang kewirausahaan inklusif. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan model PRISMA. Penyaringan dokumen berdasarkan bidang ilmu, aksesibilitas, bahasa, status publikasi, dan relevansi geografis. Setelah seleksi bertahap, diperoleh 8 artikel akhir yang dianalisis secara tematik. Analisis terhadap delapan artikel terpilih menunjukkan empat tema utama: (1) motivasi kewirausahaan, (2) hambatan struktural, (3) peran kebijakan dan lembaga pendukung, serta (4) peluang baru melalui transformasi digital yang menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan wirausaha perempuan penyandang disabilitas. Kajian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan kebijakan lintas sektor, pelatihan keterampilan digital, serta penciptaan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan perempuan penyandang disabilitas.
