PENGARUH TRANSFER PELATIHAN DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
THE EFFECT OF TRANSFER TRAINING AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE ON NURSING PERFORMANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS A INTERVENING VARIABLE STUDI OF NURSING AT SULTAN AGUNG ISLAMIC HOSPITAL
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh transfer pelatihan dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening (studi pada perawat RSI Sultan Agung). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSI Sultan Agung, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan kriteria responden yang sudah menikah dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan dalam 7 bulan terakhir. Data yang diambil adalah sebanyak 71 kuesioner, dan yang dapat digunakan adalah sebanyak 68 kuesioner. Proses pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan SEM (structural equation modelling) dengan teknik PLS (partial least square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transfer pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, transfer pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Temuan ini dibahas berdasarkan bukti sebelumnya, dan implikasinya dapat digunakan untuk rumah sakit.
